NNPC and Dangote Refinery Negotiate Crude Oil Sales and Product Buy-Back Deal

The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC) and Dangote Refinery are in talks to finalize a deal on crude oil sales and refined product buy-back. The agreement will enable NNPC to supply crude oil to the Dangote Refinery in naira, and the refinery will sell refined products back to NNPC in naira.
